Return Policy

At Golden Horizon, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that certain products—such as digital goods, gift cards, and final-sale items—are not eligible for return. To begin the process, contact us at  golden34horizon@gmail.com with your order details, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though shipping fees are non-refundable.
